Ok… so hopefully you’ve got a pretty good idea of how this works, but in case you missed anything, here’s a quick run down!
  • Sessions LIVE throughout the day
  • Choose the sessions that suits you best: 7am, 9am, 12pm, 6pm
  • ​5 x different sessions to choose from Core, Strength, Cardio Kickboxing, Novel Movement and High Intensity Interval Training
  • Join as many of the 20 sessions as you want each day and throughout the week
  • ​Weekday sessions are 30 minutes and finish on the dot so you can fit them in between meetings 😊
  • ​Saturday morning sessions are 1 hour where we mix up the all the best bits from the week
  • ​Sessions rotate throughout the day so that you don't do the same one twice. They also cycle throughout the week ensuring variety at each time slot.
  • ​All workout sessions change every week so you never end up doing the same routines twice
  • ​No space? No problem! You need very little space and no fancy equipment to have a great workout
  • ​Get real-time training tips to help you improve and get the best workout possible. Just enable your video camera on your smartphone, tablet or laptop and you’re good to go!
Started training here about a year ago and SO GLAD I did - really motivating sessions and handling the current situation really well with plenty of online sessions to attend throughout the week. Even if life gets in the way Keith always has a backup plan/alternative date or time which is a life saver! Felt better both physically and mentally since starting here would recommend to everyone 😁

And here’s the run down on what each session has in store!
  • HIIT: The HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) session will give your heart and lungs a challenge, build up a sweat and keep your metabolism high!​​

  • CORE: We’re all aware that we should have a strong core to reduce the risk of injury! In this training session, I’ll be taking elements from Pilates combined with functional and primal movement patterns, to give your core, back and abdominals, both a focused & integrated training session.

  • STRENGTH: NO weights or equipment required! Use your own body to increase your strength and muscular endurance. You’ll be surprised at how hard you’ll be able to work your muscles just by changing up the number of sets, reps or speed that you perform an exercise. 

  • NOVEL MOVEMENT: Get to know your body better whilst stimulating your brain. These sessions will improve your balance, agility and coordination by using basic gymnastics, yoga, agility drills and primal movements. 

  • ​CARDIO KICKBOX: Drawing on my experience of Karate, Thai boxing, Boxing and Kickboxing, I’ll be taking you through an intense workout using many of the techniques I have learned. Cardio KickBox is an aerobic and interval based workout. No equipment is required just imagination and the motivation to work to the last punch!

I’ve had quite a few questions over the past few weeks but the ones below pop up a lot! 

How much space do I need?

Not much at all. Just enough floor space to lie down and move around!

Do I need to be fit already?

Absolutely not! There are exercise variations within every session so you can get the most out of your workout, no matter what your fitness level.

How do I get started?

To start your free trial of our Live Virtual Fitness Training Program, all you have to do is click on any of the green buttons on this page and enter your details into the form. We will then provide you with access to our online training portal 'FitHive' for 7 days, so you can try our online sessions, absolutely free!

What is the cost?

Initially it's FREE for 7 days! As this is a new style of program, we are launching with a special discounted price of only £47 per month rather than the full price of £99. However we will only be offering this price for a limited time, and it will therefore go up shortly after launch. Don't worry though, once you're signed up, you are locked in at the discounted price.

How do I get signed up?

Click any of the buttons on this page and you will be taken to the sign-up page. Remember, the first 7 days are completely FREE which gives you the opportunity to decide whether it's right for you!

As part of the signup process we do require your card details as this allows us to process your first payment after 7 days if you decide that you want to continue thereafter.

I've tried the Free Trial but don't want to continue on the paid plan. What do I need to do?

If you're still within your free 7 day trial but have decided that you don't want to continue, then all you need to do is contact us via email and we will cancel your subscription.

Just drop us an email to support@absolutetraining.club and we will process your cancellation straight away. We will email you back to confirm this has been done!

Please provide us at least 24 hours notice prior to the end of your free trial in order to ensure that your payment is not processed.
